Professional Chiropractors in Corfu, Greece

Tom & Vasilis

Chiropractic is a relatively unknown profession in Greece, let alone in Corfu. Tom and Vasilis are proud to be the first to bring chiropractic on the island by opening The Chiropractic Institute. A long journey, from studying together at university in England to working in well-established practices in Spain, as well as attending many seminars, conferences and mission trips, has shaped Vasilis and Tom to be the chiropractors they are today.

Aggeliki

Hello, I’m Aggeliki.

I’m the first person you’ll meet, whether by phone or in person, at the Institute’s reception desk. I’m here to help you, answer your questions, and guide you with care and a smile during your first appointment, as well as in every interaction you have with us. Connecting with people and meaningful communication are, for me, a fundamental part of this experience.

I am a graduate of the University of the Aegean in the Department of Cultural Technology and Communication, as well as a graduate of the Corfu Vocational Training Institute (IEK), with certification in the Early Childhood Education Assistant program.

I love traveling and dancing, because through them I feel free, creative, and in touch with myself.

My integration into the Institute of Chiropractic was a significant personal experience for me. It helped me learn to listen to my body before pain sets in, to understand its signals, and to know what I need to do to protect and care for it every day. I believe that prevention, awareness, and proper guidance can significantly improve our quality of life. And I’m glad that, from my position, I can contribute to this journey.

Manuela

Hello everyone,

My name is Manuela, I was born and raised in Naples, Italy and I have been living in Corfu for 6 years now as a “love immigrant”. At the Institute I work as a Chiropractic Assistant and my main responsibilities include the room/space preparation and all the procedures need to be done before your arrival, so that everything is ready for you.

The first time you visit the Institute, we will do some tests together regarding the functional state of your nervous system. On every visit afterwards, you will find me scanning your spine before and after your adjustments. Yet, my most important mission is to make you feel comfortable at every single moment.

Chiropractic was something unknown to me. When I started working here, a new world opened up to me. What impresses me the most still, are the positive responses and feedback of the majority of our clients to the care they receive. It’s so beautiful to watch someone improve everyday through chiropractic care.

In my free time, I am engaged in latin dances. Dancing makes me feel good physically and psychologically, as all negative thoughts go away.

TIP: As a “vera Napoletana” I love good food. I love spending time in the kitchen and experimenting with new recipes!

Milou

Woof!

I’m Milou and I am in charge of hugs and cuddles! You can find me anywhere in the Institute, although my favourite spot is the receptiont. I first met my “Human” back in the summer of 2019, when he found me abandoned by the side of the road and since then we have been together / we live together. He says he is a chiropractor and has a very nice space that fortunately allows pets. Lots of people, both young and old, sometimes even babies, come here and I’m very lucky because they like to pet me and give me a lot of attention every time they visit us.

TIP: My hair is extraordinarily soft and fluffy, so petting me is often the best way to get rid of negative thoughts!
